This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Kurniana Choirunnisai, an independent developer based in Indonesia (“Developer”), governing your use of the mobile application Face Tune : AI Face Swap (“Application”).

By downloading or using this Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Application.

 

1. License Grant

The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal and non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

 

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Application;

• Rent, lease, sell, or distribute the Application or any derivative works;

• Use the Application for any unlawful, harmful, or deceptive activity;

• Interfere with the normal operation or security of the Application.

 

3. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Application, including but not limited to software, content, trademarks, and design, are owned by Kurniana Choirunnisai. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights.

 

4. User Data & Privacy

This Application does not collect, store, or share any personal data from users.

The Application operates entirely on-device and does not require registration or login.

 

5. Fees and Payments

This Application is a paid product. All payments are handled securely through Apple’s App Store. The Developer does not store or process any payment information.

 

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate it by uninstalling the Application. The Developer may terminate it if you fail to comply with these terms.

 

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. The Developer makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, or compatibility.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or device malfunction.

 

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
